What is your holiday schedule?

We follow a modified version of the Austin Public School holiday schedule. An exact holiday schedule will be available upon interviewing. General schedule is as follows:

Closed October 6th

Closed one week for Thanksgiving

Closed two weeks for Christmas

Closed one week for Spring Break in March

What are your fees?

Drop in care rate: $22 per hour

Program rate: Inquire for hourly rate plus daily materials fee of $7

Stay and Play: $15-$22 parent stays

Groove & Grow: $7-$11 parent stays

Craft & Connect: $25 per class, parent stays

Date Night Drop off: $44 for 3 hours of care on a Friday night, $55 for 3.5 hours of care on a Saturday night, both include a snack and a craft

What happens if I drop off my child up late?

We ask that if you are going to be late dropping off your child, you call to let us know asap. If your child is not picked up by that time, please reach out to see where we are in case we have ventured out. Payment is still due for the entire day.

What happens if I pick my child up late?

We ask that if you are going to be late picking up your child, you call to let us know. If your child is not picked up by that time, we will need to charge a late fee.

Do I pay when we are on vacation?

If your vacation occurs during one of our breaks from the program, no you do not pay. If you plan a vacation during a time when the program is open you will still need to pay your student’s weekly tuition. Each year a certain number of days can be missed and the hours can be banked to use on a non program day. This will be further explained in the registration form.

Do I pay when my child is home sick?

Do you offer scholarships or sibling discounts?

Currently we do not offer sibling discounts. If you ask, we might change that!

How and when do you bill us?

Payment is due at the Sunday night of the week coming up. So payment is due before the week begins.
